1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Transit, Shipping & Delivery Time Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • United States & United Kingdom: 7 - 12 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

  • United Arab Emirates & Saudi Arabia: 7 - 12 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

  • Please note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges or restocking fees applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes For our major delivery destinations (US, UK, UAE, KSA), standard import customs and delivery taxes are pre-handled wherever possible. However, any unexpected local custom tariffs, duties, or clearance taxes imposed upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer.
